Employed Singles

We are currently accepting applications from employed singles for the following properties:

To be eligible for these apartments, you must be:

aged 18 years or over
an Australian citizen or permanent resident
be a single person living on their own
be employed and earning between $25,000 and $40,000 per annum
have a stable history of employment and tenancy

We are also currently accepting waitlist applications from employed singles for our other properties.
