To be eligible for these propertie's, you must be:

• aged 18 years or over
• an Australian citizen or permanent resident
• have a stable history of employment and tenancy
• a family with the following structure and income from employment:

• a sole parent and 1 child with a household income between $35,000 and $60,000 per year
• a sole parent and 2 children with a household income between $35,000 and $82,000 per year
• 2 adults and 1 child with a household income between $35,000 and $82,000 per year
