Project Description
This project involves completion of an existing, partially constructed apartment building designed for the private residential market. Location is excellent in terms of proximity to transport and services being directly adjacent to Heidelberg Railway Station, near local shopping and close to several large hospitals (Mercy and Austin Hospitals).
Upper levels units have commanding views over northern suburbs of Melbourne and Dandenong Ranges. Development comprises two buildings connected through basement car parking - lift access from basement to each building through two separate lifts. The larger building with frontage to Mount Street has seven levels and contains 88 units as well as two separate office spaces each with a direct entry from Mount Street. The building to the rear of the site has four levels and contains 26 units. Entrance to the rear building is through the main entry lobby or through the basement car park.
