1. What is damaged? Try to give us as much detail as you can, including the names of manufacturers and/or the model numbers of broken appliances. The more we know about the problem, the easier it will be for us to respond promptly.
2. What room is the damage in?
3. If you live in a high-rise building, what floor is your unit on?
4. When is the best time for a repair person to visit you?
