Project Description
This is a development 2 two bedroom units for older couples without dependents. It is situated on a bus route near a small community shopping centre.
Project Partners
This project was made possible though funding of over $300,000 from the Office of Housing and over $35,000 from the City of Wyndham. Other important partners include the Werribee Support and Housing Group, Stoll-Long Architecture and Jacman Builders.

The building has the following environmentally sustainable and general design features::
Windows oriented for winter sun and summer shade
Energy saver gas heaters
Double glazed windows
Cooling through cross flow ventilation and ceiling fans
Gas boosted solar hot water
